1. REFUND POLICY

The refund policy described below deals with the relationship between the provider of Kickliker services, known from here as the Provider, and person(s) who willfully registered to Kickliker and uses its services, known from here as the User. The REFUND POLICY is split into two parts:

  1. The first part concerns to refunds of credits within the Kickliker website and,
  2. The second part concerns to refunds eventually withdrawal left credits from the user account to the user’s bank account or PayPal account

By using the website and its services, users willingly consent to this REFUND POLICY with every order placed.

1.1 Refund Within Kickliker (Credits Back to User’s Balance)

1.1.1 Refund for Orders in the Progress Phase

Refunds are not available for submitted orders entering the progress phase.

1.1.2 Refund for Orders with Various Error State or Non-Delivering Reasons

The system automatically evaluates the following error statuses when experiencing any kind of order problems:

  • Error state (Resulting due to incorrectly filled order)
  • Canceled order +
  • Partial order ++

The Provider’s system can automatically make refunds for all the 3 statuses mentioned above.

+ Cancelled order can only be refunded if the ordered product explicitly mentions so. As some of the inexpensive, unstable products don’t include refunds on cancellation, it is advised to carefully go through the product’s concerned details/info page.

++ Partially delivered order will be entitled to refunds only from some part of non-delivered articles from a particular order and only when the product states so explicitly. Orders that are inexpensive, unstable typically doesn’t feature refunds. Hence, such orders must be placed solely at the user’s own risk. Once again, it is highly advised to thoroughly go through a product’s information / full details page.

The Provider reserves the right to automatically refund credits back to a user account in 5 working days.

Under reasonable technical circumstances, the Provider reserves the right for non-fulfillment of automatic refunds. The User, if the situation occurs, is obligated to inform the Provider at support@kickliker.com. The refund will be made in 5 working days from the date of placing the concerned order.

1.2 Credits Withdrawal (Money Back to the User’s PayPal or Bank Account)

The User is permitted to ask for credits withdrawal back to a Bank Account or PayPal Account. The User must willfully consent that the Provider will only refund the money which hasn’t been spent on Provider’s services.

The User must contact the Provider at support@kickliker.com with a refund request, enclosed with the following credentials:

For Transferring Refunds back to a PayPal Account:

  • E-mail registered at PayPal
  • PayPal Transaction ID(s)

For Transferring Refunds back to a Bank Account:

  • The last 4 digits of the credit/debit card
  • Card holder’s name

The Provider is obligated to inform the User about accepting the request made for processing the Refunds. The Provider also reserves the right to close User Request within 24 hours from the time the Refunds Request was accepted.

The Provider also reserves the right to process the Refunds Request the latest in 24 hours from the time when the request was sent to the Provider. The Provider is obligated to inform the User about receiving the Refunds Request.

Post successful refund processing, the Provider reserves the right to reset the concerned User’s account accordingly.

1.2.1 Credits Withdrawal Directly Via PayPal

The User reserves the right to open a PayPal dispute directly from PayPal. All open disputes by User will be held under the PayPal Refund Terms & Conditions. The User is protected by the PayPal Buyer Protection Policy.

The Provider reserves the right to actively participate at open disputes raised by the User and provide all information available to them that might lead to closing the dispute in favor of the Provider.

In the case of a closed dispute in User’s favor, the Provider reserves the right to accordingly update the User’s account balance within the Kickliker platform.

In case the User account is found guilty of unfairly claiming or employing unfair means to buy the products and services offered by the Provider and following the Refund Request(s) process, the Provider reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block the concerned User account.

The Provider willingly consents to return any amount to a card holder’s PayPal account if the purchased amount of credits on the platform was bought by some unauthorized person or party.

1.2.2 Credits Withdrawal Directly Via User’s Bank Account Provider (Chargebacks)

The User fully reserves the right to ask for Chargeback via the concerned Bank account provider. All open disputes by the User will be held under the concerned Bank Account provider’s terms and conditions.

The Provider reserves the right to actively participate in all open disputes and offer all available information from their part that might lead to closing the dispute in the Provider’s favor.

The Provider reserves the right to update the User’s balance accordingly on the platform in the case of the closed dispute going into the User’s favor. This may or may not result in the minus state of User’s balance.

The Provider reserves the full right to temporarily or permanently block or suspend the concerned User account if any unfair/illegal means regarding buying the Provider’s product or services and following the Refund Request(s) are identified.

The Provider willingly consents to return any amount to a card holder’s Bank account if the purchased amount of credits on the platform was bought by some unauthorized person or party.
