1. REFUND POLICY

This refund policy deal with relationship between provider of Kickliker services (hereinafter Provider) and person who willingly registered to Kickliker and order its services (hereinafter User)

Policy is divided into two parts, one part is related to refunds of credits within Kickliker platform, second part is related to refunds eventually withdrawal left credits from your account back to User’s PayPal account or Bank account.

User willingly consent with these Refund Policy with every order he/she places.

1.1 REFUND WITHIN KICKLIKER (CREDITS BACK TO USER’S BALANCE)

1.1.1 REFUND FOR ORDERS IN PROGRESS PHASE

Refunds for submitted order, which is in progress phase is not possible.

1.1.2 REFUND FOR ORDERS WITH VARIOUS ERROR STATE OR NON-DELIVERING REASONS

At any kind of order problems, system can automatically evaluate these following error statutes.

  • Error state (Any kind of error due incorrectly filled order)
  • Cancelled order *
  • Partial order **

Provider’s system is capable of automatic refunds at all 3 statuses above, with exceptions below. User with order submitting willing consent with product’s details and following exceptions.

*Cancelled order is refunded only if ordered product offer this feature, some of the cheaper, unstable products do not include refund right and are advised to order at user’s own risk. This kind of information is transparently described at each product’s details

**Partially delivered order is refunded only from certain part of non- delivered articles from particular order and/or if ordered product offer this feature, some of the cheaper, unstable products do not include refund right and are advised to order at user’s own risk. This kind of information is transparently described at each product’s details

Provider reservers the right to automatically refund credits back to user’s account latest in 5 working days.

Provider reservers the right for non-fulfillment of automatic refunds under reasonable technical circumstances. If this situation occurs, User is obligated to inform Provider ( support@kickliker.com) and require refund latest in 5 days from what was order placed.

1.2 CREDITS WITHDRAWAL (MONEY BACK TO USER’S PAYPAL OR BANK ACCOUNT)

User is allowed to ask for credits withdrawal back to User’s Bank account or PayPal account. User consents that Provider will refund only the money which has not been spent on Provider’s services.

User is advised to contact Provider at support@kickliker.com with refund request, with enclosed following credentials.

For Refunds back to User’s PayPal account

  • E-Mail under which is registered at PayPal (if User has used PayPal)
  • PayPal Transaction ID(s) (if User has used PayPal)

For Refund back to User’s bank account

  • Card holder name (if User has used credit/debit card)
  • 4 last digit of User’s credit/debit card (if User has used credit/debit card)
  • Provider is obligated to inform User about accepting his request for processing and at the same time reserves the right to close User’s request within 24hrs from moment what request was accepted.

Provider reserves the right to process the request latest in 24hrs from moment what request was sent to Provider. Provider is obligated to inform User about fact that his request was received for processing.

After what refund is executed, Provider reserves the right to reset User’s balance accordingly.

1.2.1 CREDITS WITHDRAWAL DIRECTLY VIA PAYPAL

User has full right to open PayPal dispute directly via PayPal. Every open dispute by User will be held under PayPal Refund Policy conditions.

User is protected by “PayPal Buyer Protection Policy” which can be found here

Provider reserves the right to actively participate at open disputes (by User) and provide all available information from his side which may lead to closing dispute in Provider’s favor.

In case of closed dispute in User’s favor, Provider reserves the right to update User’s balance accordingly, within Kickliker promotion platform. User notes, this may lead even to minus state of User’s balance.

Provider reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block User’s account if suspicious manner regarding buying Provider’s product and following Refund requests are spotted.

Provider willingly consent to return any amount of money to card holder’s PayPal amount if purchased amount of credits (for Kickliker platform) were bought by unauthorized person.

1.2.2 CREDITS WITHDRAWAL DIRECTLY VIA USER’S BANK ACCOUNT PROVIDER (I.E. CHARGEBACKS)

User has full right to ask for Chargeback via his Bank account provider. Every open dispute by User will be held under Bank account provider’s conditions. Provider (Kickliker) reservers full right to actively participate at every open dispute and provide all available information from his side which may lead to close dispute in Provider’s favor.

In case of closed dispute in User’s favor, Provider reserves the right to update User’s balance accordingly, within Kickliker promotion platform. User notes, this may lead even to minus state of User’s balance.

Provider reserves the right to temporarily or permanently block User’s account if suspicious manner regarding buying Provider’s product and following Refund requests are spotted.

Provider willingly consent to return any amount of money to card holder’s bank account if purchased amount of credits (for Kickliker platform) were bought by unauthorized person.
